As the co-founder of Owl of Minerva Research Consultancy, he empowers marginalized communities by bridging knowledge and advocacy to drive inclusive, sustainable change. His work focuses on intersectional issues across climate justice, Marginalized people's rights, SRHR, and education.

Md. Ahsan Ullah Sarker is a committed disability rights and humanitarian worker with over 17 years of experience in the social development sector. As the Disability Focal Person at YPSA and President of PRIYA (Promoting Rights and Inclusion for Youth and All), he leads efforts to promote disability inclusion, policy advocacy, and DPO mobilization. A person with visual disability, he brings lived experience to his work. For the past 7 years, Ahsan has actively worked in the Rohingya humanitarian response. He has represented Bangladesh internationally and holds degrees in Law and Arts from National University. He is fluent in Bangla and English.
